There is many riding camps for both experienced, and begginer riders. These camps will teach children the basics of riding horses, as well as how to care for the horses. Riding camps give children the opportunity to try something new, without the expensive price of year long horse riding lessons.

Cedar Creek Riding Day Camp offers riding instruction from experienced, fun and enthusiastic staff, to give your child the best experience possible. Their staff will match each camper with a horse or pony that matches their individual personality. As well as riding lessons, campers will also learn how to take care of their horse.

Boulderwood Stables is another riding camp. It is located just outside of Halifax, Nova Scotia. They offer day camps for a wide range of ages and skill level, that run every day that there isn’t school. Boulderwood Stables creates a relaxed, and comfy enviornment for all students.
