Hockey Camps
There is a wide variety of hockey camps available for every age, skill level, and gender. If your looking for a fun way to cool off and get exercise this summer, then enroll in a hockey camp in your area. You will learn new skills, while building confidence and team work skills.
Edge Hockey has a summer conditioning program, that is located in Calgary, Alberta. This program is for more experienced, older hockey players that are looking to improve their skills. The session starts off with a testing period, where each individual player will test their own skills. After four weeks of training, the players will test their skills again, to notice any improvement. This camp runs all summer, and players will train for two hours a day, five times a week.
